Small Groups and Bible Study
What is a Small Group? It’s a small community of 6-12 people, who intentionally come together to share an experience of hospitality, prayer, and conversations about their faith. The purpose of Small Groups is to lead people into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ, to help form new friendships with other parishioners, and to make a difference in the world.
What is the mission? SGDC endeavors to have a fruitful and vibrant Small Group Ministry to lead people into a relationship with Jesus Christ that transforms them. Small Groups help bring the members (and non-members) of our congregation together to form meaningful relationships and to provide an opportunity for spiritual growth.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), small groups will not be meeting in-person until further notice. During this time of social distancing, we encourage you to continue your faith formation at home using FORMED!
Men's Bible Study Group
Men of all ages come together to build a stronger relationship with God and with each other through scripture, prayer, and conversations about faith. The Men’s Group meets virtually on Sundays from 11 AM – 12 PM. Sign up if you are interested in joining the group. You will be contacted with the next steps.
